Shopping for adults in transition

Hyannis Rotarians and friends provided personalized gifts to the CHAMPS. Rotarians were matched with a CHAMP and went shopping. Champ Homes provides transitional housing to adults on Cape Cod who are homeless or near homeless in a safe, compassionate, respectful environment. At this time there are 40 or so residents. Gifts were collected at Hyannis Honda and picked up before the holidays to provide good cheer to the CHAMPS.
