July 2023 - Handicap Ramp Donation to Local Family in Need

The Hyannis Rotary Club was approached in mid 2023 by the Cape Cod Needy Fund to inquire about our ability to address the needs of a local elderly couple who found themselves unable to continue to afford a rented handicap ramp.  The ramp was needed by a member of the family who had recently been injured and was unable to climb stairs without significant difficulty.  Our Rotary Club stepped up and acquired, delivered, and installed the needed ramp shortly after this request was received.
