The Rotary club of Hyannis joined with child and family services to provide 28 bikes and helmets for children. Keith Portman, started the process with a GoFundMe page to raise $10,000 to provide bikes to children. Last week he was at the Cape and Family Services, Hyannis offices where he posed photographs along with Karen Long, who is with the nonprofit organization;  6-year-old Misha Borowick; Rotary Club Pres. James Tvrdik; Paul Gandillot, chairman of the Community Development for the Rotary Club; Rotary Club Pres.-elect Jitka Borowick; and Jeffrey Craddock os SeaSports, Hyannis, Child and Family Services offers comprehensive mental health and child welfare services to children, adults, families and people with special needs, according to  its website.
