Rotary Club of Hyannis delivers its 59th annual home show March 18-19, 2017 with a new twist: now billed the “Home, Garden & Lifestyle Show,” this annual spring rite, a favorite of Cape Codders and others throughout the region, will give residents of all ages exhibits and exciting activities, and will give businesses a chance to meet new customers – all while helping Hyannis Rotary Club raise money in its largest annual fundraiser – the proceeds of which are turned back to the community in scholarships and grants.

In multiple sites in and around Barnstable High School, more than 120 exhibitors display products and services for home renovation, landscaping, and lifestyle enhancement.  New this year is a “Good Run for Good Works” on Saturday (5K for adults and teens, a half-mile run for kids 7-12, and a 100-meter run for kids 6 and under). Find more details and online registration for the walk/run at

More children’s activities are offered this year:  the ever-popular face painting returns, and added are craft making and games supervised by Rotarians, as well as the children’s races.

Thousands from throughout the region will attend this year. They can get their soil tested by Cape Cod Master Gardeners; attend flower arranging workshops; inspect scores of home improvement options for indoor and out; enjoy lunch with new healthy options and food trucks; and relax in the school’s cafeteria which will offer plenty of lunch seating along with live music. Raffles for cash prizes and a Costa Rica vacation add to the excitement.

Hyannis Rotary Club – founded in 1925 – has awarded more than a million dollars in grants to non-profits serving our community, as well as scholarships to thousands of students. From Faith Neighborhood Kitchen to Champ Homes; from the band shell on Hyannis Green to the electronic scoreboard for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks; from a Bloodmobile for Cape Cod Healthcare to books for elementary school children, Hyannis Rotary puts its money into the community – and the Home, Garden & Lifestyle Show is their major source of the dollars for the Club’s “Good Works.”

Support Hyannis Rotary Club’s good works while enjoying an informative and fun day!  Join the thousands of people from all over the region on March 18 and 19. See you there!
