The Rotary Club of Hyannis supports graduating students from Barnstable High School, Sturgis Charter School, Cape Cod Technical School and Cape Cod Community College through scholarships and toolships. The total amount awarded depends on the fundraising activities of the club, return on Good Works invested funds, and the raffle proceeds of the Karol Wyckoff Painting. Karol, a long term Hyannis Rotarian and celebrated artist, received a Rotary Scholarship to attend Rhode Island School of Design. Every three years, Karol donates one of her beautiful paintings, to the Rotary Club of Hyannis to raffle off to fund the Karol Wyckoff Art Scholarship for a Barnstable High School graduate who will be studying art. Total amount awarded from the Rotary Charitable and Educational fund for scholarships varies between $25,000 and $32,000. Cape Cod Community College graduates are to apply through this site, while high school students do so through their guidance departments.
